What is Psychosynthesis therapy?
Psychosynthesis therapy is a form of talk therapy based on psychosynthesis — a holistic psychology and life philosophy developed by Roberto Assagioli (1888–1974).
In psychosynthesis, we look at the whole human being: both what hurts and what longs to grow.
We explore what limits us — but also our inner resources, motivation, and potential.
We begin with all of you
We work with several interconnected aspects of your inner world:
- The body — tension, energy, and nervous system responses
- Feelings — what you express and what you hold back
- Thoughts and self-images — ideas that support or limit you
- The will and inner motivation — what gives direction, courage, and meaning
- Your soulful dimension — values, purpose, and inner compass
When we understand how these different parts interact, we can begin to make more conscious choices — and live more in alignment with who we truly are.
