About me

I have spent most of my professional life working closely with people — as a trainer, HR Business Partner, HR Director, and entrepreneur.

Through meeting people in different phases of life, I have seen how vital it is to receive support when life becomes overwhelming, painful, or uncertain.

This awakened my desire to work more deeply with human inner development.

My own path into therapy unfolded gradually. Therapy gave me a deeper understanding of my reactions, patterns, and motivations.

It helped me live more truthfully — less governed by performance, and more grounded in who I am.

The whole inner potential in focus

I was drawn to psychosynthesis because it embraces the whole human being — not only what hurts, but also the inherent potential within each of us. During the Psychosynthesis Academy’s Inner Leadership program, I had the opportunity to explore how my background and life journey shaped me — and how I could live more in contact with my authentic self.

This eventually led me to the therapist training and to the work I do today.

I find strength in nature, in quiet moments, and in close relationships. For me, nature is a therapeutic space where body, mind, and soul can rest and reconnect.

It is also deeply important to me to nurture and cultivate genuine and loving relationships — as a wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. These relationships give life meaning – Simply put, what gives life meaning is seeing and helping others. That is what I am committed to today.

Beneath our feet, life winds its way with roots of memories, steep climbs, and stones that test our steps.
We stumble, we rise.

And it is there, on life’s uneven ground, that strength, patience, and direction begin to grow.
